About Me

I have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. My experience covers nuclear energy and industrial construction. I have held engineering and leadership positions in design, planning, project management, risk management, and R&D in construction and in artificial intelligence for management and engineering.

I have knowledge of the engineering, organizational, and technological aspects of NPP construction, as well as experience in the technical and engineering review of EPC contracts. I am also familiar with international laws and regulations relating to construction and technical regulation, IAEA regulatory documents, and risk management. Since 2016, I have been developing competencies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, decision theory, operations research, and systems analysis.
